UCL rated top UK university by research strength in the REF2014

Yesterday’s Research Excellence Framework 2014 (REF2014) results have rated UCL the top university in the UK for research strength.

Included in the case studies submitted for REF2014 were UCLB spinout companies; Pentraxin Therapeutics, Polytherics, Space Syntax, Helicon Health, Spirogen and Senceive as well as numerous successful technologies.

UCLB is essential in the commercialisation of university research; the success of these case studies highlights the importance of using university research to maximise impact on the community.
