We have an opportunity for an experienced administrative all-rounder with Receptionist and PA experience who will support the Office Manager to facilitate the smooth running of the business. The main focus of the role involves reception and general administrative duties alongside PA support to directors. The role will also include patent and formalities administrative support for the legal affairs team. The successful candidate will be part of a team which will ensure a high level of service to all of the stakeholders.
To apply for this position, you will need to demonstrate comprehensive experience working in a an administrative and reception role as well as ideally having gained experience of providing diary support to senior management. You will be a natural problem-solver, with excellent IT skills, a good eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines. The successful candidate will have a highly professional manner and be a strong communicator.
The salary will be in the range of £23,000 to £28,000 depending on experience. UCL Business PLC offers a contributory pension scheme and a performance-related pay scheme.
