Legal Counsel – Permanent

We have an opportunity for an outstanding lawyer to join the Legal Affairs Team as a Legal Counsel. You will be required to be an experienced lawyer with a strong intellectual property (IP) and commercial law background and previous experience either in private practice or in-house working in a demanding environment.
The successful candidate needs to be a motivated, enthusiastic and driven person with broad, solid and generalist legal experience and be capable with minimal supervision, to advise primarily on IP and commercial matters and in general a broad spectrum of legal matters, including corporate law. Expertise in IP and commercial law and negotiating and drafting all relevant documentation including IP licences, research contracts, assignments, inter-institutional and revenue share agreements, material transfer agreements, confidential disclosure agreements and any other IP contracts and company-related agreements, is essential.
You will be expected to take an investigative, pro-active, practical and commercial approach while being pragmatic and be able to work autonomously as well as be part of a dynamic team.
