We are expanding our Marketing and Communications team at UCLB and are looking for someone to take on the new role of Marketing and Communications Assistant. They should have experience of working within a diverse team, with the ability to work under time constraints. The appointed individual will be proactive, organised, and have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate confidently.
Successful candidates will be required to assist with the implementation of general and digital marketing activities including events, internal and external communication and provide cover for PR activities for UCLB and our funds (Apollo Therapeutics, UCL Technology Fund and Social Ventures Fund). The role will undertake a variety of duties, with an emphasis on our funds promotions, both internal and external to UCL.
Successful candidates will be professional, personable, and passionate about marketing and communications. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a solid work ethic, be creative, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experience of preparing and presenting clear concise reports and presentations
- Experience of managing corporate social media channels and website management
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
