Billy Lam brings extensive expertise in innovation management and intellectual property (IP) commercialisation. With a strong background in academia, commercial, and government sectors, and significant experience in the commercialisation of medical inventions, Billy’s strategic vision and skills have been instrumental in driving University and industry partnerships. Before joining UCLB, Billy served as IP Consultants to startups, managing their IP portfolio and mining inventions from their R&D activities. He holds a Master of Science in IT Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
