Harriet joined UCLB in 2019 as Business Manager in the BioPharm team, and was a co-located and co-funded cancer specialist representing the joint interests of UCLB and Cancer Research UK (50:50). Now, Harriet works solely at UCLB, covering the UCL School of Pharmacy, the Institute of Liver and Digestive Health, and the Centre for Rheumatology.

Harriet joined us from Imperial Innovations, where she provided intellectual property and commercialisation services to four partner NHS Trusts; Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.

Prior to her career in technology transfer, Harriet worked on a drug discovery project at CRUK’s Therapeutic Discovery Labs (TDL, previously known as CRT) and completed her interdisciplinary PhD at UCL with applications in cancer imaging and treatment.
