Initially trained as a chemist, Mark studied at the University of Kent and subsequently gained a DPhil from the University of Oxford. Through a diverse career in industry, Mark brings extensive experience of business development via both technology and product development. Practical business experience has been augmented with an MBA. Recently Mark has worked for Henkel and De La Rue before joining UCLB as a Senior Business Manager. He has gained international experience having worked for several years in Germany and California. In addition to operational roles leading product and technology departments, Mark has taken more strategically-focused positions ensuring alignment between business aspirations, strategy and technology investments.
