Pooja has over 12 years of experience as a HR Generalist. Throughout her career, she has managed a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, organisational development and restructuring. In her current role as a People Services Advisor, she will be managing the employee lifecycle for UCLB employees. Pooja holds a University Degree in Accounting & Economics, a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a CIPD Level 3 Certification.
