Saadat is involved in reviewing, negotiating and drafting technology transfer and IP agreements at UCLB and has extensive legal, commercial and IP experience. A qualified solicitor in England & Wales, he holds a Masters in the management of intellectual property from Queen Mary University of London, a Masters in e-commerce (Canada) and a BSc in mechanical engineering.
