To pass on any positive comments or feedback related to UCLB staff, please complete this form.
If you have feedback, issues or concerns related to elements of the commercialisation process such Intellectual Property, Invention Disclosure Forms, license agreements, inventions or legal matters, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Firstly, discuss directly with your assigned UCLB member of staff. They are there to help and will do their utmost to swiftly and professionally resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
Step 2: If an issue or problem remains unresolved after an initial conversation or you are uncomfortable addressing it with your contact, you may request for it to be investigated using the Feedback Form where you can provide details of the nature of the issue and any relevant evidence.
Acknowledgement and investigation
Upon receipt of feedback that requires further investigation, we will acknowledge it within one working day. We understand the importance of timely communication and will keep you informed throughout the process.
We will conduct a thorough investigation to establish what has happened and determine any appropriate next steps within 30 days. We may need to come back to you for more details or clarifications.
Our goal is to resolve any issues swiftly and to everyone’s satisfaction. If resolution is not possible, we will provide you with a clear explanation of why this is the case and explore alternative solutions.
UCLB reserves the right to update or modify this feedback procedure as necessary.
